Jean-Gilles provides Neomades with vision and is responsible for business development and F&A.
After 15 years in international development missions for large software groups (Dassault Systemes, AT&T, Sequent, IBM), Jean-Gilles held COO and business development positions in several NTIC startups in Europe. He’s a specialist in embedded applications and mobility software.
Jean-Gilles holds a DEA (equivalent to MSc – NVQ Level 5) in Computer Science (University Paris 7 – 1981)..

Maxime
Co-founder & CTO of Neomades
Maxime is responsible for giving our offer its technological edge and is a natural leader who fosters the creativity of our engineers.
Maxime specialises in mobile development and embedded systems. Before co-founding Neomades he developed mobile applications from the ground up for numerous organizations including InFusio, SAGEM and CellFishmedia.
Maxime holds an MSc in IT (Compiegne University of Technology – 2003).

Sébastien manages process, quality and methods and is responsible for versions and updates arriving on time and with the required level of quality. Sébastien is both committed and tireless and drives the team to excellence.

At Neomades he plays an essential role as Software Chief Architect.
He was behind the idea of merging several cutting-edge technologies in the field of trans-compilation whose results are the current basis of NeoMAD version 3.
Nicolas is an electronics enthusiast and one of the most skilled experts on mobile software.
Nicolas holds an MSc in IT (ESTIA – 2003).

Sandrine is a true globetrotter with a real affinity for local contacts leading her to work in many countries and speak several languages.

Human Resources
Marie-Dominique is in charge of Human Resources management at Neomades.
She combines both rigour and clear thinking and is the team’s mind. She supports Neomades in all matters relating to human resources, integration, monitoring, training and the team’s well-being while maintaining the group’s substance and effectiveness.
Marie-Dominique holds an MA in Communication (University Montaigne Bordeaux 3 – 1991).
